1975 MGB GT Automatic with Full Length Webasto Sunroof Sold - £POA

This super rare AUTOMATIC 1975 MGB GT is finished in Tartan Red with a fully customised magnolia leather interior and dashboard with matching white faced gauges.

Fitted with a full length Webasto sunroof.

Oselli engineering were commissioned to build this car for a customer who found it difficult to drive a standard manual gearbox version with it's heavy clutch.

It is fitted with an uprated 1950 cc lead free Oselli engine driving a Borg Warner Type 35 AUTOMATIC gearbox and has been the subject of a total restoration/conversion program including a full body restoration and a bare metal respray. Sporting chrome bumpers, chrome wire wheels, early 60's Mk 1 grille conversion, halogen headlights, air conditioning, stainless steel exhaust, new carpets, security locks and matching red seat belts fitted to both front and rear.

There has also been extensive modification works carried out to the braking system. An electric kenlowe fan is fitted to keep the engine running at the correct temperature. Since conversion it has covered a mere 3,140 miles.
It is in certainly better than new condition, with invoices on file for well over £10,000.

There is also an interesting extra feature to the car, in that it has TWO accelerator pedals to allow it to be driven by someone who finds it more convenient to use their left leg, thus allowing the car to be controlled using either leg. This can of course be easily removed if no longer required and does not affect the normal operation of the car.
