This is one of the original Right Hand Drive cars, this is confirmed by its Chassis Number. This is 1 of only 382 RHD's Duetto Spider's ever built.

We received a request from a regular customer who asked us to locate and restore the best Alfa Romeo boat tail spider we could find. After more than two years of searching, we finally found a suitable donor car. When we stripped the car down we discovered that the floor pans, boot floor and sills were in untouched, accident free, rust free condition and still showed the factory spot welds and seems. A high quality re-paint in the original Alfa red was completed and we then had pleasurable task of refitting the car with original Alfa Romeo factory parts. Replacement rubber matts for the floor and boot were fitted and a mohair hood was custom made to fit the Alfa. The vehicle has travelled less than 1000 miles since restoration. The engine and gearbox were overhauled and the cylinder head was converted to unleaded petrol. A factory hardtop is available with this car. The total restoration cost was in excess £40,000 (A CD and invoices are on file and available detailing this restoration) and we feel it represents excellent value in todays discerning market.
